行列を作成する。

縦に数値が並ぶ。byrow=TRUE で、横に並ぶ。
nrow で、行数指定。ncol で、列数指定。デフォルト値は、どちらも 1。
名前は、行 → 列 の順番。

で、インストール。

macOS Sierra 10.12.4 環境で、
library(RWeka)
した時に、
一緒にインストールされた rJava がロードできないといってエラーになってしまう。
